AI COSTS / BILLING EVIDENCE

Import recorded costs.

In OpenAI Usage, choose Export → Cost data → Group by Line Item, all projects, all API keys and all API sources.

A valid import replaces this workspace’s current billing snapshot. Existing workflow evidence stays available. Overlapping exports are never added together.

Daily USD cost data only. Invalid imports leave the previous snapshot intact.

Maximum 900 KB. Stored privately in the active workspace.

Must be enabled in this workspace.

Use your permitted staging name prefix.

DNS must point to the reserved IP.

The selected branch or PR is resolved when you review. Execution uses that exact reviewed version.

ESTABLISH CONTROL LINK

Your cloud, connected.

SpadePilot uses your Google account or the identity attached to its server. Google Cloud access stays on the server.

Continue in workspace setup to sign in with Google, choose the project and review ownership and billing.

Connected is a verified state. A configured project is not proof that Google credentials or permissions work. Test the connection below to check instance access.

COMMAND INTERFACE / API

The SpadePilot API

The dashboard and your integrations use the same API. Use a server-side bearer token for automation.

GET/api/v1/status

Workspace, templates and recorded environments

POST/api/v1/plans

Prepare a deployment plan without changing Google Cloud

POST/api/v1/jobs

Start a job with a UUID Idempotency-Key

GET/api/v1/jobs/{id}

Keep your token in a secret store. It never belongs in source code or shared screenshots.

COMMAND INTERFACE / CHATGPT

SpadePilot in ChatGPT

Use the SpadePilot MCP server to plan, launch and inspect the same environments from a ChatGPT conversation.

  1. 01

    Run the MCP server

    npm run mcp
  2. 02

    Connect it to ChatGPT

Use Secure MCP Tunnel for a private stdio server, or the authenticated HTTPS MCP endpoint when your hosted OAuth configuration is ready.

  3. 03

    Install the custom plugin

Add SpadePilot in ChatGPT’s custom MCP plugin settings, install it and select it in the conversations that need access.

Same work. Same engine. Use a request’s job ID to inspect actual progress. A sent deployment request is separate from a healthy, verified application.
